A $500.00, non-refundable deposit is required to hold your puppy. Full payment is required prior to Shipping. Pricing of our puppies range from $2500.00 to $4500.00 for limited AKC registration. The definition of Limited AKC registration is you have an AKC registered Labrador Retriever however you do not have the right to show in conformation classes or breed your puppy and register the off spring. Full AKC registration is required in order to show in conformation or breed your Labrador Retriever. There will be an additional charge to purchase Full AKC registration and we reserve the right not to sell Full AKC registration. If you have interest in Full AKC registration call or email us for additional details and pricing. All sales are final and non-refundable except for health guarantee (see enclosed Guarantee). A signed purchase contract will be required at the time of purchase. All Deposits are non-refundable but can be applied towards purchase price of future puppy, for up to two years.
Shipping
We ship our puppies on request. We do not ship in extreme conditions. Depending on the size, weight and age of your puppy we may invoke our Felicity rule. Which simply states we have final say on when your puppy will be shipped based on weather conditions either to hot or too cold. Weather permitting your puppy will arrive safe and in great shape. We ship to all 50 states and to foreign countries. Puppies must be vet checked by veterinarian prior to shipping and all State and Federal Laws must be adhered to. The cost of shipping will vary by the size of the kennel, total weight and destination; these fees must be paid for in advance.
Selection of Puppies
Puppies are selected by date of contract and/or deposit, all the puppies which are for sale go in order of date the contract was entered into either by oral or signed contract. We honor all oral contracts. We will at times hold a puppy for our breeding program, these puppies are not included in the puppies for sale. If for some reason a new owner cannot take their puppy the next new owner will move up in selection.
